Median Home Prices in the Local Suburbs of Reading, Pennsylvania

You might be surprised to learn that the median home price in the Wyomissing School District is only $286,000. This is because the district encompasses both Wyomissing and West Reading. West Reading is an extension of the city, and therefore the amount of townhouses outweighs the property acreage further west into the borough of Wyomissing.
