Interior Design Services

Design services can be bundled with, or independent from, the sale of your home. My design aesthetic is grounded in a deep understanding of historic architecture, appreciation of a curated, global aesthetic, Berks County real estate market dynamics, and condition of your home. We evaluate opportunities holistically to ensure each design project is aligned with your goals and objectives.

Frequently Asked Questions

I work primarily on residential interior design projects, for old, historic, and inherited properties. I do some independence “design only” projects, however most design projects are in conjunction with the eventual sale and/or purchase of residential real estate. Past projects have included design for office space, although commercial design is not my primary focus.

Yes! I offer design consultations that are completely independent of real estate sales. Together, we will come up with an approach, timeline, and budget that works for your goals.

Yes, Both. I primarily collaborate with homeowners on design projects, but I am able to work with developers, landowners, and institutional capital partners who may be designing a new build and require my services. In those instances, I adapt my approach to the different project requirements.

Both! Of course it’s easier to give a new home character and make it look old, but it’s a lot harder to restore and preserve what has stood for generations.

I grew up watching and learning as my parens restore a century old home in Wyomissing over a period of 40 years. Personally, I have been restoring my own century old home not far from where I grew up. This expertise coupled with my keen eye for design enables me to help you identify and assess risks early and support informed decision-making throughout the design and restoration process.
